Beyond the pump unit itself, the system incorporates a lubrication oil unit, a sophisticated control system for Variable Speed Drive (VSD) management, and often a liquid recirculation or "slug catcher" manifold designed to ensure a constant liquid seal within the pump chambers during periods of high gas concentration.
